The highlight of our second visit of the season to Hallhill was the sight of the Red Arrows in formation as they headed for the East Fortune Air Show.
Electing to bat on an artificial surface failed to produce the hoped for result of a decent total,indeed we slumped to 45 all out. Probing opening overs by Stuart Templeton (the only player who had played in our season opener) and youngster Cameron Simpson restored some credibility and gained a bowling bonus point.
