When the rhythm is right and he’s firing on all cylinders there’s nobody bowls faster in this league or many others. Acrobatic and spectacular fielder and a bit handy with the bat as well.

First season at the club having trained with Carlton for the last few seasons. A young player who favours batting. Good in the field and can bowl a bit of spin.

The Melbourne based all rounder played one game before heading back to Australia to try and relaunch his singing career. Will he be back? Depends how rubbish his singing is ...

Grandpa of the team. Never mind the ten weans back home. Ambitious lower order right hand batsman, slow left arm spinner. Optimist: “if I don’t know what’s coming next, what hope does the batsman have?”

My father looks like WG Grace!

Rumoured to have played in the same team as W G Grace. Alledgedly carried his bat for 1 not out when opening the batting in a 20 over game ... or it might have been a 40 over game. Our oldest playing member and in danger of achieving legendary status!

Here he is, our very own Karaoke Queen, the Brisbane Banana bender, Peter Leigh! One of the best fielders in the club, and famous for batting in his cagoule. Needs to buy some whites!

Off-spinner and lower order right arm batsman. Taking up the game again after a 8 year hiatus, and gradually getting back into the swing of things.

An East League legend. Although a seasoned veteran his love and enthusiasm for his beloved cricket has not diminished. The simple recipe of “line and length”, “you miss I hit” and a dash of intelligence and guile has seen him take many wickets at minimal cost!

Right hand bat, Right arm bowler

Enthusiastic Bowler, (highly) Optimistic Appealer and (un)reliable fielder. Loves to shine the bowl and proudly calls himself "The Shiner". Having achieved his first 50 recently, his target for this season is to score 195 runs to break Saeed Anwar's world record.

After a 20 year sabbatical in Yorkshire I've returned to God's country... right hand bat right hand bowl... enthusiasm wins over skill. I'm going to be taking many wickets during the 2009 season, a revelation I tell thee!

Long serving right hand bat, who has batted through the order from 1 to 11, and off spinner(at least in August at Inch Park). Has also filled a number of positions on the East of Scotland C. A. committee. Anxiously awaiting the relaunch of the second eleven. For 2008 make that the third eleven. aka Mr Mitre

The big man from the wege. Looks like he can score a few runs, but if he starts playing as well as some of his chat to the opposition batsman he'll score hatfuls!

I was a good batsman who could bowl a bit in my initial days. I have been identified as a good bowler by the club but my interest is to play as a middle order batsman and gain the same recognition for my batting by the club and i am eager and confident enough to prove it.
