We run five teams in the East of Scotland Cricket Association league, as well as fielding various friendly sides.
Our sides encompass a wide range of standards:
The 1st XI play a competitive standard of cricket in the Cricket Scotland Eastern Premier League (the highest tier in Scottish domestic club cricket).
The 2nd XI have been promoted to Division 3 in 2025 having gone climbed up a league every year since 2021.
The 3rd XI will compete in Division 6.
The 4th XI have been promoted to play in Division 7.
The 5th XI play in Division 9.
Last but not least, Edinburgh South Mitres, play a brand of friendly social cricket involving novices, promising younger players coming through from our junior section and veterans, plus a few experienced hands whose role will be to guide and develop players.
In midweek we play in T20 cup competitions and members also have the opportunity to participate in games organised under the Last Man Stands eight-a-side format.
