Just a quick note on a few points.
(1) Membership - if you need bank details to pay your membership please get in contact with Ian - reply to this email. If you've got the bank details (they havent changed from last year), please email Ian to advise when you've paid. Can i ask you to begin paying your membership asap if you plan on joining this year. We've had to pay approx £800 for replacement covers and also purchased the year supplies of balls (c£800) so members payments are needed and would be most appreciated.
(2) Sponsorship - the club are actively seeking sponsorship from local companies to help support and grow the club. If you are interested in sponsoring us (and this is the real deal - we can provide great exposure to companies through our membership, visiting teams and the footfall through (a) our website (b) social media and (c) the Inch Park clubhouse) then get in touch with me and i'll provide our sponsorship documentation and talk you through the options available. Anything from £500 to unlimited £s packages are available.
(3) Golf day - to try to bring the different teams together and ex players who fancy a game, we are looking to arrange a golf day. Provisional date is the afternoon of the 29th May. Golf course isnt set yet (want to get numbers first), likely to be in Edinburgh. This isnt a serious tournament, just a fun chance to meet with your team mates and enjoy a friendly game of golf. Get in touch if you'd like to play. Once we have numbers we will look at venues. The day will end with "prizegiving" and food at the Inch Park clubhouse.
