Match report The Seconds were not disheartened by Jim's late withdrawal with a shoulder injury and recorded a comprehensive win uder Asanka's leadership, although we did benefit from several dropped catches.
Praveen and Sohail put on a steady opening stand of 35 on a damp wicket but we prospered as it dried out. Suresh and Asanka put on 70 in 12 overs for the 4th wicket and Vishnu and Kamran surpassed this with an unbroken stand of 97 for the 6th wicket in 7.5 overs.
Kshitiz and Kamran made an early break through with the ball beore the former undermined Broomhall with three wickets in his 5th over on his way to a "fivefer" in Fife. Vishnu chipped in with two wickets and Asanka cleaned up the tail.
