Match report There was a delay to the start while Fyfey repainted the creases at Beeslack High School. After two overs rain intervened to send the players from the field. Two balls after the resumption Julian slipped and fell while trying to regain his ground after backing up. To their credit Largo immediately treated the ball as "dead" without any indication from an umpire. Julian was taken by ambulance to the Royal Infirmary where an X-ray showed breaks in his shoulder bone. After three nights in hospital he was released for what will be a lengthy recuperation at home.
